Ultra-complex, open source business and building simulator
If you adore deep, complex, and rich simulation games, you already know who you are. OpenTTD is for you. It's based on but unaffiliated with Transport Tycoon Deluxe, and is totally open source.
Like so many simulation games (à la Sim City), you're presented with an enormous open-ended world plus limited resources and seemingly unlimited menus. What kind of empire you build and/or destroy is totally up to you. It's admittedly rather overwhelming to trawl through the zillions of options in the endless menus in the beginning, but once you get the hang of what you can do, the possibilities are nearly endless. Create complex interlocking economies, trade with nearby towns, plunder the earth for her natural resources, and become filthy, filthy rich.
A tutorial can be found online at http://wiki.openttd.org/ - highly recommended if you'd like to get into this world. You can play alone, against scenarios, or even against other simulation fanatics.
Playing on a tablet is highly recommended - the buttons are too small for chubby fingers otherwise.
Online multiplayer games are available, as well as a single-player against computer.

If you cannot hit buttons at the screen edge - calibrate touchscreen from the Mouse emulation dialog in the Chnage device config dialog at startup.
Touch the screen with two fingers to cancel current action, if you misplaced a road or a station.
This game is open-source - you may find sources at http://openttd.org/ or at my website.
You can install old version from here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/libsdl-android/files/apk/OpenTTD/
This game is not affiliated with the original Transport Tycoon Deluxe game, and does not contain any content from the original game.
Touch the screen with two fingers to cancel current action, and scroll the map.
Back up your save games to Google Drive, using Play Game services.
I don't know why does Play Games need so many permissions for that simple task, OpenTTD will definitely not manage your Google+ activity, and don't expect any leaderboards or achievements.
Also fixed minimap window and town authority dialogs.
Hey guys. If you want to get free gifts from your phone check out (www.AndroidPrizes.net.tc) Just got myself a free $250 Visa gift card.
This game is a hidden gem for tablets. It works and looks as well as the PC version, I don't see any difference. Really awesome sandbox game and I'm surprissed at how smooth it is even with massive maps and transportation networks. Would recommend a tablet though as all the details and buttons get too crammed in a phone screen. I applaud the programers and the community that developed it. Simply e
Hate this game
Worst game ever
But the thing is, why does it have to be saved on-line?
