This is one of those games that amaze you at first sight due to both graphics and playability. It merges different game modes in one: timed mode, bounds mode and jumps&tricks mode. Thus, you will find that three elements in each level (bounds, watch and jumps). Try to get the highest score carving down the mountain as faster as possible without missing too many bounds and taking advantage of the jumps for making tricks and boost your final. There are different levels in each mountain, that you will have to unlock in order.
Besides the score, you will get cold cash that will allow you to improve your equipment: buy new tricks, snowboards and designs. Better equipment you buy the highest score you will get (and so, the more money you will earn).
As we said, the 3D graphics are stunning as well as the visual effects, more than we expected for an smartphone. The pity is that it could run laggy in low-end devices. Actually you need a high-end one to run it properly: Galaxy S I9000 and higher. Its original controls are added value: a screenpad with two thumb sliding joysticks in each side to control the flips and tricks. What's more, tilt device for air control.
The Full version ($4.99) contains up to 36 levels within 6 mountains (The Lite version just lets you play the first mountain), 6 customizable boards withs lots of designs . If you want to upgrade you will have to download first the Lite version and then upgrade from there.
The only fault is that you cannot choose among different style riders, nor even customize them: you only can choose between a default dude or a dudette. You cannot play it online either, nor submit scores on online leaderboards.
Anyway, the game is highly recommendable. If you have and high-end device, don't miss the chance to enjoy it.
