This game make come up contradictory feelings. First, its artwork and graphics are just lovely: up to 8 unique hand-drawn players set in 2D environments and performing smooth movements. When you look at the screenshots you feel you are about to discover a not-so-well-known jewel.
Actually, I think I did discover a great title. The problem lies on (and here's the ambivalence), its controls. Developers have done an excellent work with graphics and scenery, however, playability is questioned by its low-responsive control system. A screenpad with a joystick on the left and two buttons to jump and "fire" on the right. This would be ok if it wasn't for the response: players move too slow. It directly affects playability: it even becomes difficult to grab the bird.
In addition, there's only one game mode, although the developer stated that more are coming soon. An online multiplayer mode would make all the difference. Since graphics are great, a better control system and more game modes will make this game rapidly hit the tops.
It's recommended to keep an eye on it.
