First off you need to make your own team. You can do it creating your own squad, create a squad at random or start playing with the whole squad of Barcelona. The latter is the easiest choice, for newbies. Creating your own squad implies starting with not-so-well-known players and making them improve, transfer players from other teams, etc.
You have to comprehensively manage the team from line up, transfers and coaching to facilities maintenance, equipment and treasury. From "Team" you can check team file, organize team, line up, train your players, track scoreboard and signings. Bear in mind that contracts, facilities maintenance, profits generation, etc. happens in real time, so you will have to collect benefits, renew contracts or play matches in the given time.
A soccer team is business too. So from "Club" tab you will have to manage jobs, bank, rankings, partners and prizes. Only if you take into account all this stuff you will have any chance. Remember that you play against real players.
After clearing all your to-do tasks you can "play match" to win in-game points and money. Of course, these matches are simulated, you won't play them as in PES or FIFA games. What matters here is the management.
Although it could include dozen of options more than it contains, this is a simple and good-looking soccer management. There are not too many soccer management on Android and this is an advantage. What's more, it's integrated with Facebook games, what makes it even more interesting. Recommendable.
