ROOT needed and a custom ROM like CM9 (CyanogenMOD) or AOKP from build 35 and now for SLIM ROM needed that supports the Theme Engine.

- go to SETTINGS - THEMES and APPLY DEFAULT THEME
- After select my Theme & apply and REBOOT
IMPORTANT!!!
You may get an error: 'Sorry, this theme is missing assets for your device's screen size'.
Ignore that and apply it anyway and REBOOT.

Pretty nice. Wish it were .apk form so I could easily change stuff myself. 4g icon overlaps the signal bars, notification toggle background should not be transparent..and should be using stock HC battery icon. Other than that it looks great
