A Constitution Skin with Clock, Battery Circle, Gmail and Google Maps buttons for UCCW. This has only been fully tested on Android 4.2.1 (Nexus 4). Please be aware the "Hotspot" areas were set on a stock Google ROM with stock GApps. If you are running a custom ROM "Hotspots" may not function.
Download UCCW before using this skin.

1) Add a UCCW widget.
2) Pick this skin from the list.
3) Touch the hand icon when it appears and wait for a few seconds.
