Controll Congress' spending

Tired of liberals spending your money on NPR? Tired of conservatives paying for wars? Think the 16th amendment to the constitution is unconstitutionality but you still have to pay your income tax. This new social app will allow you to build the congressional budget. Simply add items that you want to spend your money on, put a percentage in, and up loaded it to social progressive think tank site. Tat will register where you want to spend your money. Then download others spending desires and add your opinion to theirs. To "de-fund" something, add the item and give it 0 percent.

The app is simple, choose the defense or welfare category and add your favorite areas to budget your tax dollars to. Want to be sophisticated, drill down and create categories.
