To Apply: Menu->ADW Settings->Theme Preferences->Select your theme->Press Apply Theme.
Make sure that Use theme Icons is checked

I installed this twice on my phone and both times the app/icon never showed up anywhere except in the area where it shows certain apps to have been downloaded, which doesn't help me any. It also never even showed up in the theme settings area, so I was ne
