Nothing beats in phone theming. Get this, Photo Editor, Root Explorer and an XML editor, download a bunch of ROMS... rip the files out, and you can theme your phone with one hand!

This app works great for me to modify images within the apk. Most of the people who are rating low do not understand how to use the app. It's not that hard, just spend a few minutes doing some google research.
