Positive thoughts bring positive outcomes. Most of us know that a positive attitude to life makes for a more positive experience. But how do you create a positive attitude when thing around appear to be so bad? In this recording I set out to explain the basic principles behind positive thinking and the law of attraction and how to synchronise your thoughts to what you want to achieve. It contains a simple but very effective relaxation technique which helps the listener to focus on what the want to achieve rather than what they want to eradicate from their lives. I also include a power confidence boosting affirmation to help bring about positive changes in attitude.
