Silence Scheduler enables you to schedule when your cell phone is going to enter and quit from silent/vibrate mode.

I have to set the time every few days because it will quit working. The developer thinks it is the fault of other apps and not his own.

For what I am looking for this works like a charm. The only thing I would point is that the display of the schedule is in 24 the format whereas the edit mode works in 12 hr format and no whitelist feature.
