Long press on the icon on your screen or dock that you would like to replace – Select “Replace” – Select “Theme's Icon” - Select the Icon Pack from the Selected Theme Drop Down Menu – This will bring up the Icons in the Icon Pack for you to select from.
**To Apply Through Apex Launcher Pro**
Select Apex Menu – Select Theme Settings – Select the Icon Pack
**To Apply Through Nova Launcher**
Select Nova Settings – Select Look and Feel – Select Icon Theme – Select the Icon Pack
