1) Installing TSF Shell (v1.9.9 and up) as your home launcher.
2) Buy the theme on Google Play- install - done
3) Use the theme: Мenu – Themes – click icon theme – apply – Ок.
4)In order to lay the neon effect on the icon. Press menu - Preferences - icon - choose neon layer and click on "check". Done.

This series theme along with the other colors is one of the best themes for tsf hands down. Many kudos to the dev for a job well done. Thanks for making android more exciting.
