DIRECTIONS & INSTRUCTIONS:
This is a theme (like a skin) for GO Contacts EX, it will not open on its own. You must install the free contact management app "GO Contacts EX" and apply it.

Menu > Themes > Valentine's Day PRO Theme > Apply
