I bought this a while back and when my phone got upgraded I downloaded it again. Now it's saying that it's in my phone but it's not available as a theme. Not Happy.

I downloaded the locker theme, which works and was free. I paid for the full version and it doesnt open! I tried to uninstall and download a second time and it still doesnt work. Now it wont let me have a refund! :( how do i get some help?
