It does not work for you because the stock tw launcher on the GSII no longer supports scrollable wallpapers due to a legal agreement. To re-enable you must use an alternative home screen la deuncher (such as apex launcher) do no fault the developer for YO

Why do you claim this is a live wallpaper? It isn't. I requested a refund after 10 min but wasn't allowed. I have supported this developer in the past no more. Certainly a rip-off
