If the phone is restarted, the wallpaper would be need to re-set. It is said that the phone is out of memory. Restarting the phone to read the memory card data is relatively slow, it would cause the wallpaper needs to be re-set.

This app crashed my system twice. There were long bouts of freezing on my S3 after I installed it. Disabling it didn't help and the phone kept freezing up randomly. So much so that I had to restore my phone to it's original state. Still oblivious of the
