You can not make live wallpaper your lockscreen if so PLS tell me how and this dandelion wallpaper isn't on there

I hate the wallpaper but like the fact you can change it to your own. The animation is smooth is smooth and runs well although I don't like the fact it loses the custom settings every time you reboot your phone other wise it would be five stars
