This Theme will work only with above mentioned launchers.
Please set the app drawer transparency according to your needs.
To change app drawer transparency in Apex: Apex settings>Drawer Settings>Drawer background transparency.
To change app drawer transparency in Nova: Nova settings>Drawer>Background transparency.
Adw already has transparent app drawer.
Applying theme:
In Nova: Nova settings>Look and feel>Icon theme>Glass back.
In Apex: Apex settings>Theme Settings>Glass back>Apply.
In Adw: ADW settings>Themes>Glass back>apply.
