Adw already has transparent app drawer.
Applying theme:
In Nova: Nova settings>Look and feel>Icon theme>Glass Heart.
In Apex: Apex settings>Theme Settings>Glass Heart>Apply.
In Adw: ADW settings>Themes>Glass Heart>apply.
