1.Only works in App list, MENU > Settings > Icon effect > Chariot

The whole reason I downloaded this theme was cause I LOVE the couple battery status thing and the little notification balloons but couple only shows when charging and balloons not @ all! ): not even on the go locker, I tried downloading go notification fo
