Yep, doesn't work at all on my stock GS3, same problem just a black background nothing draws on the canvas but I did notice when going to menu and back I could see what I drew flash for a second. Then I couldn't exit the app without hitting the home butto

When using on a Galaxy Note the buttons overlay half of the screen. Nice app idea. Implementation is not great for phones.
