After installing GO CONTACTS EX, open Go Contacts EX, now click on MENU>THEMES>(Theme Name)>click on theme image (it might not show up the correct image so look for the text that says the correct theme name)> hit APPLY - hit the back button and you're all set! :)

Step 2: Open the GO CONTACTS application on your phone
Step 3: Hit "MENU"
Step 4: Hit "THEMES"
Step 5: Locate this theme's name/image preview
Step 6: Click on the image preview or the one named the correct theme's name
Step 7: Hit "APPLY"
Step 8: Hit the back button on your phone until you are brought back to the main screen (the theme should now be applied)
