How to change wallpaper: Press menu, then Wallpaper, then iPhone Wallpapers

I just bought this theme but I cannot use it. I cannot set it as my theme. I don't know why. Can somebody help please. I followed the directions above but no success. Is it being blocked?? Help is appreciated.

This is my first application review. While this is a theme, I would have to admit this is the best iPhone theme on the market. Best dollar I have ever spent. Keep working hard developers!
