Long press on home screen -> Choose Live Wallpaper -> Choose Liverpool FC Live Wallpaper
Go to the settings menu to apply your settings too make custom wallpaper.
For htc mobile users:
htc sense is not providing any wallpaper listing in your mobile phone. So you can use this wallpaper with any other launcher. And accordingly choose live wallpaper from there and then Choose Liverpool FC Live Wallpaper.
