Changing App drawer transparency:

To change app drawer transparency in Apex: Apex settings>Drawer Settings>Drawer background transparency.
To change app drawer transparency in Nova: Nova settings>Drawer>Background transparency.
Adw already has transparent app drawer.

Applying theme:

In Nova: Nova settings>Look and feel>Icon theme>webcomgaming.
In Apex: Apex settings>Theme Settings>webcomgaming>Apply.
In Adw: ADW settings>Themes>webcomgaming>apply.
