This is a GO Launcher THEME and requires "GO LAUNCHER Ex" app to use it.

After download , select the "Apply theme" button from app's icon in the app drawer (Or click "Open" after theme is downloaded)
To apply the wallpapers : Menu->Wallpaper->Skyrim Wallpapers->choose wallpaper
To customize the Drawer, tap the drawer icon, select Choose icon->Theme's icon->Skyrim Icon Pack->Choose icon
Dock background: Menu >Preferences>Visual settings>Backgrounds>Dock background>GO Theme Background>choose background
**Permissions**
The permissions are required ONLY for the Ads.
Go to the app's icon from the app drawer for more information .

its a nice theme. but it forces ads in the status bar.
