How annoying, paid installed and it is no where to be found on my samsung s4! Help, I want this theme!!

I paid and downloaded this theme. It said installed but not showing up on my installed list very disappointing! Would like a refund!

Still wondering how I can get my weather to look like the above screenshot. Emailed creator of theme and still have yet to receive a response. Other than that, nice theme.
