Instead of just bringing another straightforward puzzler you’ve probably seen a thousand times before, rvlvr. looks to literally turn things around full-circle. In this puzzle game, you’re tasked with matching the symbols on the bottom of the screen by rotating several circles separately, lining up the dots. Use the on-screen buttons to rotate left and right, and tap on another circle to move your dots around. While this sounds simple enough, be careful, as more shapes are added, meaning you’ll have a ton of things to turn around.
To be honest, I was instantly captivated by the game’s strangely cheery soundtrack and straightforward, unique, and incredibly challenging mechanics. Plus, with over 15,000 puzzles, you won’t soon complete this simple, fun, and very addicting puzzler.
However, during my time with the app, fullscreen game demos and video ads suddenly broke my concentration mid-game. And if you actually want to play, you’ll need to run rvlvr. on the latest and greatest device, as the developer states that users with iOS 9 may experience issues.
