The further you get, the better. The premise is simple and you've already played dozens of games setting off that point. "Chase the fare, not the destination" says the proverb. Thus, what matters is what is in between, isn't it?
Doodle Army brings us to a Boot Camp which is plenty of guerrillas. Your goal, as a glorious soldier of the doodle army is to blow up all enemies on the way in order to get as further as you can (progress can be saved thanks to checkpoints and auto-saving). You can hear their dead screams and see their blood flowing the camp. There are lot of weapons (pistols, sub-machine guns, sniper rifles, grenade launchers, etc.) to choose among: your enemies will drop them when dying, make sure you take them or you will run out of bullets.
Graphics are simple as game named "Doodle" is meant to be. Controls are intuitive: buttons for moving, jumping and ducking and tap the screen and drag to aim and shoot enemies (actually, there are two control styles available). Music and sounds effects are also good.
This is the full version of Doodle Army, featuring six different environments: Zombie Town, Vietnam, Normandy, Boot Camp, Egypt and Mars. Likewise, it comes with over 40 different weapons as well as various Boss Battles and mini games.
