Early Years Foundation Stage Assessment Scales
by: Townfield Primary School • 0
EYFS Assessment Scales is a guide for parents and Foundation Stage practitioners.
We have now fixed the issue with this app crashing on certain devices. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Developed by QCDA for children aged 0-5 years, the Early Years Foundation Stage defines a measurable scale by which children's development can be assessed.
Please note: this app displays the EYFS profile points in a clear and organised way. At present, no advice is offered as to how to achieve these goals as this goes beyond the remit of our copyright authorisation.
This app contains all of the Areas of Learning and Development in the Foundation Stage and their associated 9 point scales.
Parents: Use the scale to find out where your child's development is at any given point. Use the guide to help yourself help your child.
Practitioners: This quick reference guide will greatly aid your observations and help you quickly locate appropriate points on the scale.
The Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency (QCDA) have kindly given us permission to reproduce these scales.
Please note: A new government was elected in May 2010. This app represents current government policy but may be subject to change. Free updates will be provided to reflect any further changes.
Should you have any problems with this app, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating what your problems is and we will do our best to rectify it.
