Beginners and fitness buffs alike will love this free, user-friendly app. Break a sweat wherever and whenever, at an intensity level to suit you and your fitness levels.

Johnson & Johnson Official 7-Minute Workout App features 6 exercises, 13 preset sessions, and a custom feature to help you design your own 7-minute workout. It coaches you through each step, with audio and visual demos featuring Chris Jordan, creator of the 7 Minute Workout

Choose the length of rest intervals, number of reps, and tunes from your personal music library to further personalize your session. Get a great work out wherever there's a floor, chair or wall!

My complaints are small. I'd prefer the timer to show the timer (rather than dots to represent it), as I find counting down to the end a good motivation. Some preset steps also feature e.g. exercises for the right leg, but not the left.

That said, for a free app, the design is excellent and it's a great choice for small bursts of training on the go.
