    I can't even do 100 without my legs stiff and sore the next day, when you work, and have a toddler you need your legs. Maybe have a realistic setting for people who are trying to lose weight, not lose feeling in their legs.

    I have bad knees they pop everytime i squat and I didnt think day one would be 250 or what ever it is but what ever I'm still gonna do it I've been doing the push up one and the abbs one

    I am 12 have never did any sports (always ate healthy though) and i love this app the problem with most other apps is well i forget about them in a few days but with this one it gives you a reminder and i hate a messy notification box so i know the only way to get rid of it is by doing the exercise for that day. I am also doing 4 or 5 others but this one is the most painful my legs feel like rubber.
