Would give 0 stars. Customers hate it. Pin numbers change location so they have to figure it out but to make it worse it's upside compared to my phone. I have never successfully processed a payment with a card in 3 months. Only used it to enter card numbers over the phone and now it keeps coming up with errors. Was told I needed to pay cancellation fee to get something more suitable even after complaining from day 1. Can't believe we get treated like this.

Just all of a sudden not working on my samsung s7. I like the old app better without the card reader.

I am paying $10 every month and have not been able to process one single payment. It is so embarrassing in front of the client. The New Generation just won't connect. ANZ have sent me about 4 new devices that are supposed to connect, but none of them have worked. So disappointed. The old version with manual input worked perfectly. Why did ANZ change?

The new device with PayPass makes all the difference. Entering a pin is a bit better, too, because of the back-lit display.
