    Various body tissues perform a different sound. Some tissues absorb sound waves while others reflect them. The density of the fabric determines the speed at which the return echoes.

    If you remember that the fluid is still black and fabric is gray. The denser the tissue, is the bright white, it appears in the brightest ultrasound bone being white.
