Dropbox allows you to upload and edit your docs in a team

    • Intuitive, clean, and organized UI
    • Detailed text tutorial
    • Long sign-up process
    • Still a few bugs
    • Some features missing
    • No interactive tutorial

    "Edit your docs in Dropbox"

For those who work in teams, Dropbox Paper (Beta) lets you use your iOS or Android device allows you to use your Dropbox account to upload your document and work together to stay on sync wherever you are. You’ll be able to make updates, changes, and give feedback in real-time as well as get notifications so that you always know what to do. Once you’ve signed in with your Dropbox account, and your Paper (Beta) account, you’ll be all set to see your documents and start editing.

Dropbox Paper features an intuitive, white minimalist design, making it easy to start uploading. Once you’re in, there are good templates that show you what to do.

You must have a Dropbox account, and then, you must sign up for your Dropbox Paper account, making this a lot harder than it should be. There are still basic features missing like basic folders. There should be a basic tutorial instead of just a text doc.

Dropbox Paper is a collaborative workspace that helps teams create and share early ideas. You can work with everything from video and images, to code and sound—all in a single place. And it comes free with Dropbox.

Create new docs or edit existing ones, and share them with your team right from the app, so you can capture inspiration wherever you are.

Post and reply to comments, so you can keep projects moving forward even if you’re not at your desk.

See everything that’s incoming from your team—like comments, shares, and @mentions—so you can catch up while on the go.

No internet connection? You can still access, edit, and comment on your starred and recent docs—or create new docs—while offline, to keep the ideas flowing.

Dropbox Paper is a wonderful tool to assist you in collaborating with others as well as allowing you to store information. You think of something, you put it on Paper and you build around it anything you want. It's ideal to write drafts, projects (it does light project management as it allows you to assign tasks to others), brainstorming, it does some journaling as well potentially (for example you can paste pics and write memories of your holiday). You can share any document with anyone, you can see if they are online or when was the last time they were. You can write comments on any part of the document and tag people pulling them inside the document to ask for their opinion or even approval. I use it also as a personal information storage, creating folders by theme as it is easy to search and fast to access. You can insert so many types of files including YouTube (they come so clean just by pasting the link, you've got to try that!). It's an extremely powerful tool that used in combination with Gmail for my email and Edo Agenda for all my personal productivity around time management is almost all I need (apart from Dropbox itself obviously).
