Browse like no one’s watching. The new Firefox Klar automatically blocks a wide range of online trackers — from the moment you launch it to the second you leave it. Easily erase your history, passwords and cookies, so you won’t get followed by things like unwanted ads.

“Private browsing” on most browsers isn’t comprehensive or easy to use. Klar is next-level privacy that’s free, always on and always on your side — because it’s backed by Mozilla, the non-profit that fights for your rights on the Web.

    • Blocks a wide range of common Web trackers without any settings to set
    • Easily erases your history — no passwords, no cookies, no trackers

    • By removing trackers and ads, Web pages may require less data and load faster

    • We believe everyone should have control over their lives online. That’s what we’ve been fighting for since 1998.

As a purported privacy focused browser, it fails abysmally. Webrtc leaks ip address and there appears to be no setting to disable this vulnerability. Privacy shortcomings aside, the lack of multiple tabs is absurd and a deal breaker in and of itself.

Nice clean browser but still lacks basic functionality such as multiple tab options and more advanced settings

This is a very nice browser. It is simple and still rich in basic functions. My only problem with the browser, just like other browsers from Firefox, is lack of visible backward/forward keys or better still, forward/backward gestures. I think it is time for Firefox to save us from one additional step (task) by placing their forward/backward keys like other modern browsers. The change is long overdue and will be highly appreciated.

Lightweight and quick. I cannot understand why the layout has to be different to regular Firefox. Why can you not open more than a single tab? Why does the user experience have to be worse, just because privacy is improved?
