    Long after the daily exercises I still complete the journal almost everyday. The app has been a motivating tool for my gratitude practice. The only thing I would like changed is that when I missed a day in main exercises you cannot stop it. To reset you have to uninstall and start over. I wish I could have taken a break for a day or two and started where I left off. Its good that you can go back and review all exercises once program is complete. Well-worded, simple exercises and a great journal that you can complete offline.
