    Been using this app when surfs flat or prepping for indo. Works a treat!

    App is badly designed and carelessly implemented, besides the bugginess that others mention. Still photos of exercises often don't match the videos of same exercises. The videos themselves could often benefit from someone turning on a light in the room. There's no description of proper form, advice about reps and sets or info about which muscle groups are targeted, only broad categories like Back,

    please fix all the bug! I never could use this app, because the video doesn't work an they never did any upgrade to improve the app. the app it's not even free!

    Workouts are good but super buggy. Check off that u did one set of running and all of the running gets checked off.
