    "Control your Switch"

Released by Nintendo, Nintendo Switch Parental Controls for the Android and iOS is made for parents with children or teenagers who own a Nintendo Switch. To get started, simply register with your Nintendo account, or use your Facebook, Google+, or e-mail account to sign-up for an account. Then, register the six-digit code on your Switch, and through this app, you’re able to monitor the total play-time on the console. You can also set play-time limits with friendly alerts for the user to turn off the Switch, check what games have been played, and restart the console.

Registering for a new account or logging in with your current account is fantastically simple to do, thanks to a streamlined registration process that lets you sync up with your Nintendo Switch in just a matter of minutes. Plus, this app runs smoothly and looks really good.

What’s the major downside? This app won’t work unless you happen to own a Nintendo Switch, and in order to use the parental controls, both devices will need an active internet connection.

March and April data lost by removing app from console to resolve a permanent desynchronization that had occurred

Not a parent. I really just use to keep track of play time since Nintendo decided to drop the stat keeper on the Switch.

It's a decent app if you have kids. But keep this in mind Nintendo not all of us are parents. I wouldn't mind a Nintendo Switch app that keeps track of time and gameplay of your games, a authenticator to keep hackers out of your Nintendo account, etc. Over all its a really smart idea. I wouldn't mind keeping a Nintendo profile on my phone to show my friends what games I play. Like what Sony has with PSN trophies. That would be a great idea. A Nintendo ID profile with achievements and game time.
