    Your LG Smart TV or Blu Ray player must be connected to your router AND YOUR ROUTER MUST HAVE uPnP ENABLED... if the app doesn't find your LG Smart TV the please CONTACT US by email or read the instructions on our website.
    If you have a Samsung/HTC Android device with an IR(InfraRed) blaster, this will be detected by MyAV and older IR equipment can be controlled too. You can also buy 3rd party IR blasters like the Orvibo AllOne or Broadlink RM Pro

    MyAV can also control a lot of other devices around your home, not just LG.

    For the UK, USA, Germany, Brazil, France, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway & Sweden channel shortcuts are available. These can be renumbered by dragging them to the pop-up keypad that appears when you long-click on a shortcut.

    -App shortcuts (if TV channels are found these are place after those, they can be filtered in the settings menu, move or added to favourites)
