    Saw this on TV and thought I would give it a try. Wow, such a simple concept has made such a big difference in my life! I am eating so much less and am never hungry, all just by changing how fast I eat. Can't recommend this enough.

    I cannot believe what a difference you can make to your eating habits by simply slowing down your speed eating and correcting bad posture. Feeling better/lighter every day. Worth every penny. Thanks!
