To help you become who you want to be, ThinkUp has something different in mind. Designed for the Android and iOS, this app wants to help you reinforce your own goals, all the while maintaining a positive mindset and setting aside what brings you down. To get started, simply select from several categories available for you to add to the home screen, such as self-confidence, gratitude, mental toughness, prayer, and more. The free version lets you set up to five free affirmations. Then, record yourself reading the phrase against a mellow soundtrack. Listen to yourself daily and be reaffirmed.
During my time with ThinkUp, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-designed the interface is, implementing soft-colors to keep you calm, and comes with a ton of affirmations, along with great mellow soundtracks to keep you motivated.
Besides the fact that you only have access to one soundtrack and only five free affirmations, ThinkUp features a costly bi-monthly and lifetime subscription, and to be completely honest with you, while the app looks great, you can record yourself and do the same thing for free.
