Can't hear nobody at all and the app looks like a third grader designed it and it's so unreliable and unorganized. Needs a dark mode and also need to make the volume a lot louder.

Getting there... It's a step in the right direction to bring back the good old untouchable and reliable two-way walking talkie. With the right device, it's just as good as Nextel if not better. That said, it's still new, buggy and needs more work to be polished off. The dispatch console for Windows is bloated, outdated, confusing, slow and was pretty disappointing considering it's $30 a month per dispatcher. Also when changing between people, the program shows you talking to the phone you checked and it still connects to the old person without you knowing. Huge deal breaker. Also this has to be provisioned on the back end. While my S8+ and iPhone 7's provision perfectly, the pixel XL which is a flagship phone doesn't work. So I bought a second license to use on any device I want. It's blocked in the play store says will not work with this device and won't even let you download. Why? If it works on any wi-fi connection or LTE connection who cares let it download as long as it's an updated phone. I see the potential is bringing this back to life for businesses that miss it but the dispatch console scrap that start over, yuck. Keep working and pushing updates, it will get better!

PTT sucks. Even in the quietest area/setting you cannot hear the other person. Though the notifications are overwhelmingly loud. Most days it refuses to even connect. So you have to turn off your phone once or more to get the connection back. A lot of the time that doesn't even work. So you'll have to uninstall it, reinstall, go through all the prompts wait for it to say reconnecting. Which it never will actually connect. So you'll have to wait about 15 seconds. Turn your phone off, wait 10 or more seconds. Turn the phone back on. Resubmit some of the prompts and it may or may not work. Most days it's takes me over 2 hours to get a stable connection. Moving with it or sitting in place doesn't seem to matter. Also you CANNOT be connected to WiFi or it will disable itself and not work. Only 3G or 4G should be active in order for it to work. It's tiring, unreliable, and irritating. Unfortunately I need it for work or else I wouldn't bother with it. Would recommend it to even my worst enemies...yeah it's THAT BAD! Also seems to drop calls and Bluetooth connection randomly.
