Rockbot is beautiful to look at, very fun to play and brings back the mega man series with great level design, challenging game play and beautiful retro 8-bit music.
The game brings the great mega man feeling back to life on your smarthphone. It has the same feel, look and music. The controls are quite responsive, and the game play is very satisfying. It still is challenging, as it should be and the love from the fans is seen in all the different enemies and boss fights.
One major problem is the way the game controls. For the most part, the controls are great, however they tend to be a little buggy or unresponsive at times. This creates some problems during play. Along with this, there is no menu. This may have been done to keep the retro feel alive, but still feels a little odd.
