THE VERDICT

It’s time to wake up the cowboy or cowgirl rustling inside. In Rodeo Stampede for the iOS and Android, you’ll be choosing your nameless character and riding on the backs of buffalo, elephants, zebras, ostriches, and more animals. The first time you run down, the game’s tutorial will guide you on how to leap and ride on an animal as well as how to steer it. Just don’t stay too long on a certain animals, as after a few seconds, they will try to bring you down. For each animal you collect, you’ll build and upgrade your own zoo.

THE PROS

Rodeo Stampede features excellent blocky graphics and great sounds. Graphics run rather smoothly. The detailed tutorial is very helpful, and to play this game is quite easy, making for hours of entertainment.

THE CONS

There should be more customization options for your character. The actual animal variety is currently low. Slide controls are easy to learn, but on-screen controls would be much more useful.
