Create a figure with a center of symmetry

    • Excellent, fresh idea
    • Good instructions
    • 500 levels
    • Design could be better

    "A Truly Unique Puzzle"

Are you tired of the traditional puzzle game? Are you looking for something fresh and different? Symmetric Squares is a challenging puzzle game for fans of classic skill games. The idea is quite original and isn't one that you've heard many times before: create a figure with a center of symmetry (center of the board) by arranging the squares in the minimum number of moves.

This is a game that seems quite simple at first sight, but it's actually challenging and addictive. There's a maximum number of moves, so you need to think carefully before you do anything abrupt. Don't rush, concentrate, and achieve the objective. After all, you have 500 levels to beat: this is a game that you can enjoy for a long time.

Although the concept can be a bit hard to understand at first, the instructions are perfectly clear and the examples help you understand what you need to do very quickly. As for the controls, they're well implemented and pretty unique: use the arrows to rotate the board and modify the gravity by tapping on each column that you wish to move. As we've said, this is not your traditional game, it's better.

The design is not its best strength and the game could definitely improve its graphics and make it look a bit more appealing and fun. However, this is a truly original puzzle that should be downloaded by all those players who want a different kind of game that will keep their mind active every day.

A very relaxing yet challenging puzzle game, where you have to think a lot before finding the fastest way to central symmetry.

There are 1000 levels in all, and the minimum number of moves for each level was calculated by an artificial intelligence application. But the number of combinations tested by the computer is limited, so it's not impossible that you will do even better!
