    Fundamentally flawed in that it just won't stay logged in, logs you out within minutes when you switch apps or your phone sleeps etc, if you need to use this for work as I do you'll find itself having to log back in hundreds of times a day, useless

    Worthless. Since desktop update app has zero functionality. No longer does anything except log me in. Using App on Galaxy S7 edge. App not updated for a long time. Checked no update available. I need this app to work!

    Chats disappear. I get notification, click on it and nothing happens.

    Auto reply is too quick, 3 sec. And when new chat comes in, I don't get notified until system responds back to customer that "no one is available to answer you".
