    We've used this app at my workplace (a service related B2B & B2C business) for over a year. We are on a biweekly Mon-Sun pay schedule. TSM has added many more useful features and continue to update the app nicely. Most recently adding a basic project management feature. There is also manager capability and it allows employees to review their timesheets. You've to do some digging in to customize the app according to your company's needs and train your employees to comply accordingly with changes and required settings. But that is more internal than anything else. I think the Help section could be a bit better. I tend to have to send a message to inquire about specifics I think I should find there to begin with, but they are very responsive to queries / suggestions. FYI, we had multiple punch prompt issues recently, but that was rectified by making sure the app was updated. Also, if you don't have enough memory in your phone, it may not do so properly, so employees need to know to troubleshoot accordingly.

    This app is pretty good. Here's my suggestion for improvement: Allow employees to add missed time from previous days. Of course, the employer would have to approve it. But it would make adding missed time a lot easier.
