Get access to your help desk tickets when on the go! Connect to your internal Tangix HelpDeskPRO system using our HelpDeskPRO Connector. With the HelpDeskPRO mobile app, staff members can log using their username and password giving them access to the tickets they see on the web in a mobile format. Quick and easy access, just download the application and fill out your username, password and HelpDeskPRO Connect server address and click log in! After logging in, you can view tickets by category in a quick view. For more information on a ticket, just select the ticket box and it will load in the full ticket view. In the full ticket view, you can read the entire ticket request along with each of the responses.
The HelpDeskPRO Connector is a separate application that you can setup locally. This application requires a HelpDeskPRO Connector in order to function. Please contact us if interested in getting the HelpDeskPRO Connector.
